Annual Provincial Retreat Application

Annual Scottish Provincial Retreat

Spaces are limited to 24 plus the leader and organising couple. Please book as soon as you can. Booking will close two weeks before the starting date. All floors are lift-accessible and the lift is in the centre of the corridor on each floor. If you have particular mobility difficulties, we shall try to allocate you a room near the lift. Please check the box if this applies to you.

We shall contact you within two days of booking to advise that you have a place and to offer a provisional room allocation. The room allocation will become fixed when payment is received, so we advise early payment if you wish to fix the provisional offer.

The all-inclusive cost of the Retreat is £220. This includes accommodation in single en-suite rooms along with all meals and snacks.

Final confirmation will be issued when payment is received.

Payments of £220 per person should be sent to the Provincial Treasurer, Mr Paul Hindle, 40 Garngaber Avenue, Lenzie, Glasgow G66 4LL as soon as possible, but no later than Monday 4th March 2024. If you wish to pay by on-line banking or save postage by paying your cheque into the Province’s bank account via your local Virgin Money (Clydesdale) Bank, please put a note to that effect in the Notes box of the form below and we’ll contact you with details.

We do not want cost to be a barrier to coming on retreat. We have a small fund to provide assistance if needed. Please put a note in the Notes box above if this applies to you.
